All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. A retainer may be required to secure bookings.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time without refund.

All images remain the property of Jaylan B Photography. Clients receive a personal-use license only and may not alter, resell, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission.

Turnaround times may vary. Final images are delivered via an online gallery, and clients are responsible for downloading and storing their files.

Jaylan B Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
